1. Computer Definition (कंप्यूटर की परिभाषा)

English: A Computer is an electronic device which takes input, processes the data, and gives output.

Hindi: कंप्यूटर एक इलेक्ट्रॉनिक यंत्र है जो इनपुट लेता है, डेटा को प्रोसेस करता है और आउटपुट देता है।

2. IPO Cycle (Input – Process – Output)

• Input (इनपुट): Data या जानकारी जो हम कंप्यूटर में डालते हैं।
  Example: Keyboard, Mouse, Scanner, Microphone
• Process (प्रोसेस): CPU (Central Processing Unit) डेटा को प्रोसेस करता है।
  Example: Calculation, Sorting, Comparing
• Output (आउटपुट): प्रोसेस होने के बाद परिणाम।
  Example: Monitor, Printer, Speaker

3. Hardware & Software

Hardware: Physical parts of computer जिन्हें छू सकते हैं।
Example: Keyboard, Mouse, Monitor, CPU, Printer

Software: Programs or instructions जिन्हें छू नहीं सकते।
Example: Windows, MS Word, Paint, Browser

4. Computer ON & OFF

ON: Power button दबाएँ → BIOS load होता है → Operating System Start होता है।

OFF: Start → Shutdown पर क्लिक करें → Power supply बंद।  Alt+F4 Shortcut Key 

5. Desktop Interface (डेस्कटॉप इंटरफ़ेस)

• Icons: Program, File, Folder के छोटे चिन्ह।
• Taskbar: नीचे की लाइन जिसमें Start Menu, Search, Running Apps, Date-Time।
• Start Menu: सभी Programs और Settings खोलने की जगह।
• Wallpaper: Desktop Background Image।

6. Motherboard (मदरबोर्ड)

Definition: Motherboard is the main circuit board of a computer which connects all hardware components.

• CPU Socket – Processor लगाने की जगह।
• RAM Slots – Memory लगाने के लिए।
• Chipset – CPU और बाकी parts को connect करता है।
• Power Connector – Power Supply देता है।
• Expansion Slots – Graphics/Sound Card लगाने के लिए।
• SATA/SSD Slots – Hard Disk/SSD लगाने के लिए।
• USB & Ports – बाहरी Devices connect करने के लिए।

7. File Extensions (एक्सटेंशन)

• .txt → Notepad File
• .docx → MS Word File
• .xlsx → MS Excel File
